Here we are at Francesco's. Jessica told us to get 'cebiche', which is a native Peruvian dish. According to her, Francesco's has some of the best cebiche in Peru. Cebiche is raw, pickled fish. I didn't eat any. The waiters thought that we were strange for taking pictures.
