Here are some pictures of the streets of Cusco. I don't think that they give an accurate description of how narrow, cute, or vertical they are in real life.
They actually drive down these things! And in the rain too. I slipped a few times and I was walking in hiking boots, I would have to imagine that there are a lot of accidents.
