It doesn't look like all that much cheese in these pictures, but it was plenty. Each cheese has it's own special cutting style. The patterns are pretty complicated and are shown in detail in the menu. Unfortunately the waiter took the menus away before we came down to the cheese cellar. We stuck to cheeses that were already cut. Let me tell you, some of these were quite pungent!
