Dave in a square near the tourist bureau in Andorra la-Vella.
One of the widest streets in the capital city. Take a look at those mountains looming the background. Andorra la-Vella is really squashed in a narrow valley between two mountain ranges.
A fountain in the Placa Guiellemo.
A nice alleyway in Andorra la-Vella. I think that the archway leads to the Parliament building.
It may not look like it from this picture, but this is the large Place del Poble, which is partially on top of a parking garage. Not much happens there during the day, but at night they set up tables and people hang out drinking beer and eating ice cream.
Here is the Parliament building, called the Casa de la Vall (House of the Valley). The Andorran parliament has met here since 1702. It was originally built as a family home in 1580.
Another picture of the old quarter of Andorra la-Vella.
